Mushroom Cream Fettuccine

Despite having a group of friends that have split opinions on mushrooms, I am one that loves mushrooms. Especially in the fall when the earthy and varying textures of mushrooms come in season, I believe there is no better ingredient than itself aside from maybe a meaty steak.

I love making this pasta since a cream sauce with a little garlic pairs so nicely with in-season mushrooms. I believe with a little squeeze of lemon to counteract the creaminess, this pasta is one of the simplest yet delicious meals to enjoy.
