Honey Balsamic Chicken Breast

I always think simplicity can be presented as elaborate with a little flash in plating. In college, I don’t always have a full fridge, but I still wanted something to show off to my roommates.

Chicken breast seared and glazed with a little honey and balsamic vinegar. I spread some buttery mashed potatoes and lay the rested chicken breast over them. I cut some garlic string beans to equal length and stand them up with the leftover sauce drizzled around the plate.

Although for a college meal, it looks over the top, it was hilariously simple to make.
