Chocolate Fudge

Honestly, I am not the biggest sweet tooth, so baking and desserts are not my strong suit. However, I do appreciate small bites of sweetness after a meal, especially fruit. This chocolate fudge recipe is something I came up with for fundraising in a non-profit club that I was in during high school. I needed to make something that would stand out in the school kiosk, without being too difficult to make, since other members would help with making them.

I researched the best options and decided on making a dark chocolate fudge. With the right ratios of chocolate, condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and butter, I was able to create a super smooth, dense, and not too sweet chocolate fudge. It was a huge hit at school, and I was able to help raise enough money to keep the club running.
